Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in addressing intricate business challenges for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and execution of both functional and technical Salesforce solutions, encompassing integrations.
• Collaborating with both onsite and offshore teams to collect user requirements and facilitate development.
• Offering expert guidance to clients on optimal solutions to fulfill their business objectives while ensuring effective adoption.
• Developing reusable templates and processes that enhance delivery excellence.
• Conducting user workshops and working alongside technical and quality assurance teams to ensure that solutions align with client needs.
• Supporting and implementing Agile methodologies in your projects.
• Ensuring that all developed solutions adequately meet business requirements.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or CRM systems.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) projects.
• Familiarity with business sectors such as Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting requirements, with the capability to lead client workshops.
• Ability to convert business needs into actionable solutions and work effectively with technical teams to realize these solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven track record in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Experience in Financial Services or related domains is desirable.
