Join our esteemed, physician-founded national multi-specialty medical group as a Senior Financial Analyst in our Finance Operations team, dedicated to enhancing hospital medicine services. This remote role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare while collaborating closely with senior leadership and various business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure that financial statements accurately reflect operational activities and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct and lead in-depth financial analyses to assess site and service line performance, forecast future outcomes, and pinpoint opportunities and risks.
  • Aid in the budgeting process by partnering with business leaders to recognize trends and quantify financial impacts, thus enhancing site-level profitability.
  • Create pricing models and analyses for contract amendments, renewals, and potential business development opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of board materials and respond to ad-hoc inquiries from C-suite executives, board members, and investors.

Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statements and variance analysis.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with a proven track record of executing complex financial analyses.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across diverse functional areas.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or consulting is essential.
