Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the software development team to deploy Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Public Sector Solutions data model.
• Utilize your proficiency in customer relationship management platforms, specifically Salesforce, to propel project success.
• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies across various Scrum teams, adopting a Scrum of Scrums approach to guarantee effective collaboration and advancement.
• Oversee user stories throughout the project life cycle, including development, estimation, and tracking sprint health indicators such as burn-down and burn-up charts, velocity, and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and influence cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and fostering best practices in Agile methodologies.
• Employ contemporary software engineering techniques, such as continuous integration, automated testing, and test-driven development, to improve product delivery.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a software development context.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce’s Public Sector Solutions data model.
• Proven experience applying Agile Scrum methodologies, with previous Project Management or Agile methodology application experience.
