Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analyses of financial data to support informed loan decisions.
• Present your findings and recommendations to the Loan Committee to aid in final decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, Business Development Officers, and third-party partners to gather essential information and provide a thorough overview of loan requests.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards for both clients and team members.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of three to five years of experience in underwriting, specifically within SBA lending or a relevant field.
• Strong grasp of commercial banking credit policies, loan structuring, and cash flow evaluations.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, including the analysis of tax returns and the interpretation of balance sheets and income statements.
• Superior written and verbal communication capabilities within a commercial banking context.
• Demonstrated customer service proficiency and effective business writing skills.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
