Requirements
  • Experience in managing accounts in industries like embroidery, screen printing, or related creative fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM tools like Go High Level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, as you will be communicating with U.S.-based customers.
  • Creativity and the ability to work closely with the art team to ensure designs meet the client’s vision.
  • Bonus if you have experience using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and managing Facebook and Instagram accounts.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and Account Management: You will manage all incoming leads from channels like social media, our website, and emails, making sure they are properly organized and entered into Go High Level. You will engage with leads and work to convert them into orders.
  • Client Communication: You will communicate with clients to understand their needs, request mockups from the art team, and provide quotes. Your goal is to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience and products.
  • Creative Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the art team to ensure customers get creative, high-quality mockups and designs that meet their branding needs.
  • Ongoing Relationship Building: You will nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their long-term goals, and helping them place future orders.
  • Reporting and Tracking: You’ll provide regular reports on customer leads, conversion rates, and overall performance to the team.
