Job Title: Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist to manage lead follow-up and organization within the CRM system. This role is responsible for ensuring that leads are in the correct follow-up stages, proactively reaching out to unengaged leads, and keeping CRM records up to date. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience handling large volumes of leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Manage and organize leads in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all leads are placed in the appropriate follow-up stages.
  • Follow-Up Outreach: Reach out to unengaged leads via phone calls, texts, and emails to keep the sales pipeline active.
  • CRM Updates: Perform data entry, file updates, and maintain accurate CRM information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured.
  • Follow-Up Process Management: Monitor and assist in handling the follow-up process, helping to keep the lead pipeline moving.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in phone sales with minimal accent.
  • General knowledge of real estate; experience in real estate sales is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Sheets, and HelloSign.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up on leads efficiently.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in lead management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with working EST hours, and candidates from Latin America are preferred.
