We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of conversion-focused design. Your primary goal will be to optimize and enhance our existing website and digital experiences, driving measurable increases in user engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze and improve user flows to maximize lead generation and customer retention.
  • Design System Creation & Maintenance: Develop and maintain a cohesive, scalable design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing, A/B tests, and user research to gather insights and implement data-driven design improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver designs that meet business goals and user needs.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using industry-standard tools.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are mobile-friendly and optimized for a variety of devices.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve our product.

  • You will definitely be successful in this role if you have:
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, functional, and user-centric design;
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals, especially around conversion optimization;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate level, both written and spoken;
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, Miro etc.);
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies;
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • A portfolio showcasing your work on conversion-focused design projects.

  • Will be a plus:
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and their impact on design feasibility;
  • Experience working with B2B market.
