Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor to join our esteemed organization in a full-time, exempt role. This position provides the opportunity to work remotely while ensuring that our aircraft maintenance training programs comply with FAA 14 CFR Part 121 regulations alongside our internal General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and Maintenance Training Manual (MTM) standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust educational background in air carrier or aerospace maintenance training, complemented by significant experience in managing training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a critical member of our training team, you will report to the Aircraft Maintenance Training Manager and be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Delivering training in both classroom and remote environments.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance training coordinator to uphold training records and manage the Computerized Maintenance Tracking System (CMTS).
  • Developing training courseware that aligns with the Maintenance Training Manual.
  • Traveling to various locations to instruct maintenance personnel and service providers.
  • Proposing updates to manuals for the integration of new procedures.
  • Maintaining a training schedule to facilitate efficient course delivery.
  • Revising and enhancing maintenance training materials as deemed necessary.
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
