Key Responsibilities

• Support students in their preparation for the HESI exam by providing relevant resources, practice materials, and tailored assistance.
• Deliver personalized guidance to address individual learning obstacles and foster student success.
• Create an encouraging and stimulating virtual learning atmosphere to promote student engagement.
• Collaborate with the educational team to refine and enhance study plans and preparation materials.
• Leverage online educational platforms and technology to conduct effective and interactive study sessions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with students, parents, and colleagues to monitor progress and share regular updates.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience in nursing education or exam preparation, especially related to the HESI exam.
• Strong grasp of nursing principles and exam content.
• Exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage with students, parents, and educational staff.
• Proficiency in utilizing online educational tools and platforms.
• Capacity to provide support in a virtual learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of tutoring experience is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: \(16.00 - \)17.00 per hour
