Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Clinician to enhance our committed team! In this position, you will deliver vital outpatient counseling services, engaging in both individual and group therapy. Your role will be crucial within our clinical initiatives, including the Drug Treatment Court, Impaired Driver Program, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively create individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate impactful individual and group counseling sessions to assist our clients.
  • Ensure accurate medical record-keeping while adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and community partners to provide holistic patient care.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in mental health and addiction counseling is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in leading individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Strong understanding of medical documentation practices.
