Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful execution and quality assurance of significant projects, developing tailored technologies and solutions for our clients.
  • Lead one or more medium-sized project management teams, ensuring seamless integration of all elements of larger technological programs.
  • Actively engage in project contributions, managing team staffing and providing strategic direction and deadlines to ensure timely and high-quality task completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and project leadership, effectively measuring and communicating project metrics while suggesting necessary program adjustments.
  • Maintain the quality of project deliverables across all phases by establishing clear objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify potential risks to project timelines and quality, and provide regular status updates and reports.
  • Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for client engagements, securing stakeholder agreement and approval on project scopes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives throughout the entire project management life cycle, with a preference for candidates possessing at least 3 years of Medicaid and Medicare experience.
  • Strong foundation in project management methodologies, including Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Proficient in budget development, management, and project management software.
  • Ability to translate overarching program objectives into specific, measurable project milestones.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to train, mentor, and guide junior colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in executive-level presentations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a talent for establishing order amidst ambiguity.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management with proven success in leading project teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this position is \(69,400.00 - \)99,200.00 per year. Base pay may vary based on geographic location, internal equity, and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
