Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our innovative healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic customer inquiries via phone utilizing established training protocols.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate personnel as required.

  • Efficiently resolve client concerns, update account histories, and ensure inquiries are thoroughly addressed.
  • Consistently meet client service level agreements (SLAs) and production targets.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to resolve inquiries, and participate in training new staff on customer service practices.
  • Suggest enhancements to procedures and workflows for streamlined client inquiry management.

Required Skills

  • At least two years of customer service experience in any sector.
  • Proficiency in basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and commendable customer service skills, with effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to identify and consult the appropriate stakeholders for resolving client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service role across any industry.
