We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our reputable public accounting firm, with a primary focus on remote work. This opportunity is ideal for tax professionals who are passionate about delivering tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. The role allows for a flexible work-from-home arrangement, requiring minimal in-office visits in Michigan each year. Please note that candidates must be residents of Michigan to qualify.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individual and small business clients, including forms 1040, 1120, and 1065.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while providing high-quality tax planning services.
  • Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex filings and resolution of tax-related issues.
  • Manage the complete tax preparation process, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
