We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager specializing in Oracle JD Edwards to lead the successful execution and delivery of projects within our esteemed professional services division. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the complete program lifecycle encompassing planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and overall management of Oracle JD Edwards ERP projects across various industries.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for ERP solutions, including JD Edwards upgrades, re-implementations, and advisory services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
• Lead and coordinate consulting engagements, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to exceptional quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and outcomes for optimal client satisfaction and project success.
• Work in partnership with sales and marketing teams to explore and pursue new business opportunities.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., IT, Business, Project Management).
• Over 7 years of experience with JD Edwards ERP, managing full lifecycle consulting engagements.
• Proven experience leading at least 3 comprehensive JD Edwards functional or technical upgrade initiatives or new site implementations.
• A minimum of 5 years leading delivery teams of 15 or more professionals as a Program Delivery Leader.
• Strong expertise in ERP programs and consulting leadership, focusing on JD Edwards capabilities.
• Outstanding project management aptitude with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent client-facing communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or analogous professional certification is advantageous.

• A Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A track record of leading extensive ERP programs within JD Edwards environments.
