Job Overview

Join our esteemed real estate firm as a Real Estate Sales Buyers Agent specializing in the hospitality sector. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their home-buying journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft key documentation including representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for successful property transactions.
  • Support clients in understanding the home-buying process, encompassing budgeting and mortgage exploration.
  • Engage with pre-qualified leads to gauge interest while identifying their home preferences and requirements.
  • Host open houses, coordinate property showings, and lead potential buyers through property tours.
  • Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers or listing agents to ensure a satisfactory transaction for all parties.
