As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our property. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional concierge services and promptly addressing guest needs and concerns.
• Overseeing housekeeping staff to maintain pristine accommodations for our guests.
• Conducting quality assessments to surpass guest expectations.
• Being available during evenings to resolve any urgent guest issues.
• Managing repairs and overseeing maintenance contractors throughout the year.
• Assisting the cleaning team and accommodating special guest requests as necessary.
