We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to lead the management of a charming boutique property located in the breathtaking Northern Arizona mountains. As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our property. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional concierge services and promptly addressing guest needs and concerns.
  • Overseeing housekeeping staff to maintain pristine accommodations for our guests.
  • Conducting quality assessments to surpass guest expectations.
  • Being available during evenings to resolve any urgent guest issues.
  • Managing repairs and overseeing maintenance contractors throughout the year.
  • Assisting the cleaning team and accommodating special guest requests as necessary.
