Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue group business opportunities that complement our resort’s offerings.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across the New England area, showcasing the exceptional features of our resort.
  • Collaborate with the on-site team to convert leads into successful group reservations.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to augment group bookings and revenue.
  • Analyze sales metrics to reveal trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent our resort at industry-related events and engage in targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Team up with the sales and marketing departments to achieve collective objectives.
