Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator to join our esteemed team. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with a prominent company in the manufacturing sector, specializing in agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, forestry machinery, diesel engines, and lawn care equipment. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute significantly to our recruitment initiatives while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the client’s job mailbox, providing prompt and precise communication to stakeholders.
  • Escalate inquiries to the relevant teams for swift resolution.
  • Act as the primary liaison for recruitment assistance and issue resolution.
  • Oversee logistics and inventory management, ensuring recruitment and event materials are adequately stocked and organized.
  • Review candidate applications, verify academic credentials, and assess prescreening questionnaires.
  • Assist in arranging second-round interviews for prospective candidates.
  • Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings, showcasing crucial dates, birthdays, and service milestones.
  • Match candidates with relevant development program openings.
  • Maintain and update the team’s SharePoint calendar to reflect current activities.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Experience in a junior or entry-level recruiting role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Eightfold ATS is advantageous but not a requirement.
