Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering and analysis to understand business needs related to AI and conversational platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with AI strategies.
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that transform client requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Collaborate with AI product teams to ensure the accurate reflection of requirements in product designs, influencing AI functionalities.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and project alignment.
• Design tailored AI solutions in collaboration with internal teams and clients, enhancing user experience and automation capabilities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to propose enhancements and improvements to AI implementations, ensuring consistent alignment with client objectives.
• Support Project Managers by monitoring deliverables, offering updates, and addressing issues related to AI projects.
• Document best practices, key learnings, and project artifacts to facilitate ongoing success and future scalability.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, allowing effective interaction across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a deep understanding of AI technology and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and MS Teams.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably within a technology or AI-focused context.
• Proven track record in leading requirement gathering sessions, creating user stories, and developing solutions for complex technical projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
