Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role is designed for an HR professional who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting our valued employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Oversee payroll processing while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing staff.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices.
  • Stay informed on current labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation processes and organize employee engagement events.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support while safeguarding confidential information.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar position.
  • Proficient in utilizing ADP systems, particularly Financial Services and Workforce Now.
  • Strong comprehension of benefits management and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capacity to effectively manage employee relations.
  • Experience in optimizing hiring processes is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
