Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Benefits Manager to join our dynamic team, ensuring that restaurant employees receive exceptional benefits tailored to their needs. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing comprehensive employee benefit programs, including health and retirement plans, ultimately enhancing the experience of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of all employee benefit offerings, encompassing medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Collaborate with brokers to negotiate and secure competitive benefits packages that align with our budgetary goals.
  • Design and implement innovative wellness initiatives and a self-insured medical plan to promote employee health and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the open enrollment process, providing guidance to employees during this critical period.
  • Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and accurate tracking.
  • Conduct data analysis to discern trends, driving the development of wellness programs aimed at improving employee well-being and lowering healthcare expenses.
  • Assist in the processing of workers’ compensation claims, ensuring compliance and timely follow-up on claims status.
