Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Remote) - Join Our Dynamic Team

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our esteemed Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate an efficient and seamless recruitment process by supporting our recruiters. Your expertise in managing interview schedules, coordinating candidate travel, and maintaining precise data entry in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be essential in fostering meaningful connections between candidates, hiring managers, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates within 48 hours of receiving scheduling requests and coordinate all necessary travel arrangements.
  • Manage the distribution of interview evaluation forms and maintain accurate and up-to-date interview schedules while keeping recruiters informed of any changes.
  • Update candidate statuses in the ATS (SmartRecruiters) and handle the uploading of interview schedules.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and administrative personnel across all organizational levels.
  • Oversee pre-employment screening processes, including background checks and drug tests, ensuring completion and compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and administrative staff to guarantee a positive experience.
  • Monitor weekly scheduling volume and assist colleagues in ensuring equitable distribution of tasks among the coordinator team.
  • Personally guide high-level candidates (grade 24+) throughout their interview day to enhance their experience.
  • Organize and lead hiring events, including logistical planning for scheduling, travel, and debrief sessions for complex recruitment initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the capability to engage effectively with personnel at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication proficiency, complemented by excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while prioritizing workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing coordination or a HR-related environment is essential.
