Remote - Must be able to conduct in-person audits at various locations in your state. ***

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide critical support to the recall program by conducting recall audit checks to monitor a client’s removal of recalled products from distribution channels.

JOB DUTIES:

Conduct face-to-face visits to determine whether the client received the recall notification and is following or has followed the instructions in the notification.
Review client’s records, if available, visually check shelves and storage areas for the recalled item.
Document the results of the audit as directed.
Prepare and submit daily audit report.
Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Customer Service experience via in-person, phone call, text, or email.
Ability to work independently in the field with limited or no supervision.
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and utilize key information.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, PRN
Some college, preferred
Audit experience a plus

LOCATION: Remote - Hiring in all States

TRAVEL: Must be able to travel within your state of residence to the assigned audit site and be within 1 hour of a major airport.

POSITION: Contract, PRN “As Needed”
