Qualifications:
Minimum five years experience as Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie, Certified Pastry Chef or equivalent degree in Culinary Arts, Excellent understanding of ship based Food & Beverage operation, Proven track record of delivering high quality products, Must be at least 21 years old and fluent in English.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist Executive Pastry Chef with menu implementation
- Prepare desserts, cakes and pastries for menus
- Oversee special dietary meals and training
- Monitor compliance with sanitation requirements
- Participate in emergency duties per ship plans
