About The Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the sales process and develop expert selling skills.

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you’ll work with the sales and marketing teams to engage the biggest names in eCommerce and retail, helping them transform one-time transactions into high-value subscribers. You’ll become an expert in the company's business and product offerings, identifying prospects' needs and consulting them on growth potential to drive the sales pipeline.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify, source, and engage enterprise accounts within the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and Apollo to research and identify potential prospects.
  • Partner with Account Executives on strategies and tactics to turn cold accounts into active opportunities.
  • Execute personalized outreach strategies through cold calls, emails, events, and social channels to drive engagement.
  • Maintain an organized book of business and provide weekly pipeline updates.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery, validating the scope of opportunities.
  • Meet monthly quotas for qualified opportunities created.

About You

  • Experience: 1+ year in a B2B prospecting role (or similar), conducting cold outreach to businesses or prospects.
  • Problem Solver: Able to manage objections and skillfully navigate conversations.
  • Curious & Consultative: You ask insightful questions and build strategic relationships through thoughtful engagement.
  • Results-Oriented: You take initiative, are action-driven, and thrive in a high-growth environment with measurable performance goals.
  • Adaptable: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy working in a fast-moving startup where change is frequent.
  • Composed Under Pressure: You handle objections and challenges effectively and confidently turn adversity into opportunity.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, and solve problems effectively.

Bonus Points For

  • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup in the SaaS space.
  • Familiarity with sales platforms like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and Apollo.
