Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a high-energy, motivated professional ready to drive the sales process with prospective retailers. You understand the importance of quality outreach and bring urgency to building a strong pipeline with both quality and quantity in mind. You also thrive in a team environment and love exceeding quotas!

What You’ll Do

  • Meet and exceed both monthly and quarterly business development/lead generation goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft quality outreach messaging and continuously A/B test to ensure optimal conversion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and effectively communicate the value of the product.

What We’d Love To See

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying closing role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, ideally within a fintech or high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot or other engagement platforms to track and manage leads.
  • Ability to develop and deliver tailored messaging to prospects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You thrive in a high-energy environment where “No” doesn’t discourage you.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and a true team player.

Compensation

The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $55,000 - $75,000 (base annual salary). This role also includes a competitive salary + sales commission + benefits + equity. The salary range applies to US-based employees in the listed market. Other benefits include healthcare and 401k contributions as mentioned above.
