Sales Specialist

RTA Cabinet Store @ Renovation Brands

About the Role:

Looking for a career with a dynamic, rapidly growing company? Are you SALES oriented with great customer service?

RTA Cabinet Store is currently seeking to add to our REMOTE Sales team.

Location: 100% Remote.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Sales Commission (uncapped) PLUS base salary: achievable total compensation range of $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Base Salary: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours, hourly position eligible for overtime pay. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Qualified leads are provided (no cold calling).
Connect with customers via phone, email, video chat and text to understand their project needs and lead the customer through the design and purchasing process.
Must be able to sell, close customers and exceed sales goals.
Execute a high volume of outbound calls, email, and text to new and existing customers.
Meet and exceed Sales goals and KPI’s.
Produce quality and accurate designs from customer sketches in 20-20 software.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and follow designer SOP.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent sales skills.
Great communication skills; both verbal and written.
Basic experience with CRM software.
Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.
Will require a dedicated remote workspace with minimal distractions.
NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS: kitchen design software experience in either 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision.
