We are seeking a self-motivated individual who will be a door opener to finding new prospects and partnerships for our agency! This person will have outstanding communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a desire to generate new business!

The Business Development Representative will be a part of our Sales team. The first month will be spent learning how to be successful in sales, how to use Salesforce, training on research tools for prospecting, and learning the Digital Marketing Industry! After that, this person will be leading prospecting for new business and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks when needed.

RequirementsAdministrative Sales Support (20%)

  • Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProspecting, Networking, and Lead Generation (80%)
    • Lead Generation/Prospect Management/Outreach
    • Generate leads via outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and attending networking events)
    • Coordinate and schedule prospective client meetings from outreach involving the Sales Team
    • Communicate ongoing contact, activities, and updates through Sales Report meetings with Sales Team
    • Meet company quarterly and annual sales goals for this role
    • Research Industry Market Trends and create Top Prospects List
    • Contact other agencies and potential partners to join our Mutual Referral Program
    • Stay current on changes and best practices in Digital Marketing and Web Development
    • Display a thorough understanding of assigned target industries and company competitive advantages
    • Respond to inbound contact forms when requested and engage in initial communication with prospects to qualify opportunities for the sales team
    • Provide the CEO and Sales Team with administrative support as needed
    • Support managing business development processes
    • Provide documentation on new client acquisitions to the Client Services team and Management
