Website Marketing Specialist

This role is responsible for maintaining OmronHealthcare.com to promote OMRON products, services and brand. You will combine creative communication skills with technical expertise to accurately follow established global design guidelines to create a positive experience for all. With a deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, analytics and website architecture, you will drive online engagement and continuously analyze market trends and adjust tactics to ensure optimal performance and return on investment. The person in this role must possess a strong technical proficiency, strategic thinking, analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong prioritization skills, have a strong sense of urgency and a thorough understanding of the best practices in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain all aspects of the website including but not limited to building out templates, copy/image/content changes, creation of landing pages and press releases, manipulations in Photoshop for required image sizes, promotion creation and modification, and create and manage translation requests.
  • Optimize website content and structure for better search engine rankings.
  • Conduct regular site audits, track and report on key SEO metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization. This includes and is not limited to content strategy, SEO activities, technical audits, keyword research and link building.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and third-party agencies/freelancers to produce engaging website content for consumers and Healthcare Professionals to drive SEO and educate OMRON audiences.
  • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including social posts, emails, blog posts, educational articles and page descriptions to improve website search results.
  • Monitor and analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure WCAG digital accessibility best practices are maintained throughout the content lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to proactively optimize marketing efforts, ensuring that content resonates with the target audience and drives conversions.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with advanced HTML, web development, SEO and project management.
    • Communication, User Experience (UX), Marketing and other industry education a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge HTML, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
  • Intermediate or better Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools/technologies, CRM software, CMS, and Adobe CS.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
