Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented Tier 3 Engineer. You will work in a small team on various products, from integrating multiple platforms into one dashboard to managing our data and analytics systems.

Guesty provides a property management software product and support services for the $100 billion Airbnb and vacation rental market. We are one of the fastest growing high-tech start-ups in Tel Aviv, we are profitable and showing very promising results.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for escalating technical issues that could not be resolved by CX, to Product Assessment and/or Software Development.
  • Working alongside our R&D teams to analyze and address complex Product malfunctions.
  • Be the technical focal point of our customer-facing teams and develop tools that will assist you in your work.
  • Work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment that is growing and changing often.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience as a Tier 3 Engineer or a similar position.
  • Ability to troubleshoot in a large-scale environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read code (no writing needed).
  • Experience with databases, especially MongoDB.
  • Experience with REST API.
  • Experience with SaaS systems.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Fluent English.


Compensation range- 85-110K annually
