Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Product Management team and collaborate closely with the Marketing group. This role will focus on working with engineers and cross-functional teams to manage and optimize marketing platforms, such as Sitecore and Joomla, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both product management principles and marketing technology platforms.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align product development with marketing goals and strategies.
  • Manage the roadmap and product lifecycle for marketing-related platforms, such as Sitecore, Joomla, and other CMS or digital marketing tools.
  • Work closely with engineers and development teams to ensure that marketing platforms are built, optimized, and maintained to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Monitor performance and conduct regular updates and enhancements on marketing platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing technology to inform platform enhancements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving the customer experience through marketing technology solutions


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Sitecore, Joomla, or other CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and development teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing marketing platforms and ensuring their alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.
