As an Integration Domain Architect, the ideal candidate will assist the wider Architecture organization to design top-tier integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across APIs, Operational technology (OT), Event-driven architecture (EDA), and Digital solutions (DXM) within the scope of integration architecture, design, and development.

Where Is The Work

This is a Remote position.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for architecting and overseeing the implementation of integration solutions among Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), and Digital solutions (DXM) across the organization.
  • Lead influencer on Integration management target state architecture, capabilities, and tooling selection and implementation.
  • Lead the design and curation of sustainable and scalable integration patterns to increase speed to value. Strategically standardize system integration design patterns and reusable frameworks to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Actively provide insights and recommendations on the design and deployment of integration-related solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance, utilizing industry leading best practices, patterns, platforms, and tools.
  • Key collaborator and ally of API Management and “Capabilities as a Service” on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Continually advance integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, API Management, DevSecOps, and Data Architecture. Leadership and mentoring of Solution Architects to ensure consistent solution delivery across the integration management space.
  • Ensure solutions comply with architectural standards and any risk is minimized/documented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with, enable, and mentor cross-functional teams in best practices, architecture patterns, design, and use of integration tooling.
  • Apply lean thinking to design APIs, integrations, and systems across their entire lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the integration domain.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and supporting integration solutions across hybrid, on-prem, SaaS, and cloud solutions within a full DevOps / CI/CD lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to create visual diagrams using Visio or other tools to communicate integration architectures and solutions.
  • Experience leading Integration strategy/roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Experience with integration tools on any of the following platforms: AWS, SoftwareAG Web Methods.IO, Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Fusion Middleware, MuleSoft, Apigee.
  • Knowledge of system architecture, integration architecture, event-driven architecture, and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, REST APIs, and design patterns.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities.
  • Effective communicator (in both verbal and visual mediums) with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation

Base Salary: $130,000 - $180,000

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
