After launching our MVP in May, we’re expanding our product development efforts and seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform. About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the design vision and user experience for our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for refining and enhancing the user interface for tools that streamline small business operations, such as scheduling, invoicing, and review management. This role is ideal for a dynamic designer who thrives on user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead design strategy, influence product direction, and create intuitive, visually engaging interfaces that deliver tangible value to small business owners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design vision for our suite of small business tools, partnering with leadership to align design with product strategy.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual elements that simplify complex tasks and enhance the user experience.
• Conduct user research, including client interviews and testing, to ensure designs are informed by user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure features are functional and visually compelling.
• Continuously iterate on designs, incorporating feedback and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in designing interactive experiences, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
• Experience with multi-platform UX challenges and creating scalable designs.
• SaaS B2B design experience preferred, especially for small businesses.
• Ability to conduct independent customer research and translate insights into design improvements.
• Familiarity with creating reusable UX components.
