We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team. In this role, you will manage strategic marketing initiatives with our external partners to drive mutual growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and executing joint marketing initiatives with key tech alliance and channel partners, as well as developing marketing materials to support our partnership goals. You’ll also maintain critical data around partner performance and automate processes to ensure scalability and efficiency as we grow.

About You
  • 3+ years of partner marketing or product marketing experience for a B2B SaaS organization that targets a primarily enterprise customer base.
  • Ability to manage partner relationships and clearly communicate marketing goals and results.
  • Experience in creating marketing materials (blogs, email campaigns, social media posts) and co-branded assets with partners.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and project management tools (Monday.com).
  • Data driven mindset with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where partner needs and marketing strategies may shift.
  • Bonus: Experience with artificial intelligence, LLMs and/or customer service automation 
  • Bonus: Experience working with hyperscalers (eg. AWS, Microsoft)
Outcomes
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-branded content, webinars, and events that leverage both companies’ expertise and audiences to generate leads.
  • Provide channel partners with marketing materials, training, and resources they need to effectively market and sell Ada.
  • Work with partners to target their customer bases, expanding reach to high-value accounts that align with our most profitable customer segments.
  • Promote partnerships that result in integrated product offerings, creating additional value for customers and encouraging them to expand their usage. 
  • Maintain Ada’s listings on partner marketplaces with updated and competitive messaging, as well as reviews, that drive enterprise-qualified leads to Ada.
  • Track the success of partner marketing activities through metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Work with Brand to develop clear guidelines and strategies for co-branding with partners, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging for joint initiatives.

The expected salary range for this position is $96,000 to $130,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
