About You: 

The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of UX and UI design, experience in B2B and SaaS products, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively while prioritising and pushing towards progress.

Skill-set:

  • Advanced knowledge of UX and UI design
  • Advanced knowledge of latest/most used design tools (eg: Figma, Figjam or equivalent)
  • Experience working with components and Design Systems
  • Experience with SaaS products required
  • Strong understanding of information architecture and its impact on user experience
  • Ability to produce drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions
  • Expertly run workshops and sessions to gather requirements, assumptions, challenges and insights
  • Able to see projects through from inception to production autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven design decisions
  • Experience with user testing and feedback integration
  • Knowing what to prioritise, when to sweat details and when to compromise
  • Demonstrates adaptability
  • Knows when to be assertive and push back
  • Proactive and can work independently
  • Great at collaboration and cross-functional communication

Responsibilities:

A Senior UX/UI (product) Designer should:

  • Raise the bar with modern and beautiful UI
  • Evolve our products to be better, more intuitive and simple
  • Explore and refine quickly: solve at low fidelity and polish for delivery
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and consistency
  • Help refine and improve the long-term goals of their squad
  • Drive the team’s excellence in execution and design quality
  • Think broadly to enhance our products and systems
  • Always push towards progress, not just action
  • See projects through from inception to production autonomously
  • Gather requirements and insights to produce drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions
  • Work alongside our UX Researcher to inform design decisions
  • Actively share feedback and mentor others to foster growth and improvement
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align goals and strategies
