Job description

Novibet is looking for the next Associate VIP Account Manager based in Larissa, to join our Noviverse.

As an Associate VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining  long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

The role

  • Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events
  • Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of CRM tools
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, or in Customer Care will be considered as a plus
