Responsibilities

• Assist Finnish-speaking customers by effectively addressing their questions and providing solutions

• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and policies

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• No previous experience required; full training will be provided
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach with effective problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
• Valid European Passport or ID
