Responsibilities

• Assist Finnish-speaking customers with inquiries and requests in a timely manner

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
