Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients in planning and booking adventure tourism experiences across Greece.
• Provide expert advice on adventure activities such as trekking, cycling, and water sports.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Proactively resolve customer inquiries and issues related to adventure travel.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and travel arrangements.
• Stay updated on adventure tourism trends and opportunities within Greece.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and promote adventure travel solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the travel or adventure tourism industry.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to understanding client needs.
• A passion for adventure tourism and knowledge of Greece's adventure offerings is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
