Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Oversee and facilitate both buyer and seller transactions, including organizing necessary inspections and site visits.
  • Database Management: Ensure accurate and secure record-keeping by maintaining and updating the customer database.
  • Listing Preparation: Formulate MLS listings, draft pertinent real estate documents, and assist in the sales process.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to monthly marketing initiatives, including the creation of marketing materials and social media content.
  • Effective Communication: Relay important messages to the broker via phone calls, emails, and memos.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Manage the broker's calendar, orchestrate team meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide assistance with various administrative tasks, serving as the primary contact for the principal broker.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MLS systems.

Qualifications
