Remote Senior Attorney (General Liability Group)

Job Overview

We are actively seeking seasoned Litigation Associates to become integral members of our distinguished defense litigation team. This position will be within the General Liability Group, offering full remote work flexibility for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage defense litigation cases with a primary focus on general liability, encompassing personal injury, premises liability, auto, construction, and habitability claims
• Engage in discovery, conduct depositions, and prepare legal motions
• Play an active role in trial preparation and attend trials as necessary (trial experience is an asset)
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to provide outstanding legal representation
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in defense litigation
• Demonstrated expertise in general liability, including personal injury, premises liability, auto, construction, and/or habitability claims
• Strong litigation capabilities, encompassing discovery processes, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• Trial experience is highly favorable
• Active California Bar License and residency in California

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
