Job description

Job Title: Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist (Sales & Service Cloud)

Location: Remote (Onsite in Woodland Hills, CA, post-pandemic)

Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role entails utilizing your extensive knowledge in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud to spearhead projects and collaborate closely with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage over 8 years of Salesforce CRM experience, exhibiting strong leadership capabilities to direct project initiatives.
  • Engage effectively within Agile teams, fostering transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Apply your profound understanding of Salesforce's out-of-the-box configurations, including data models and security protocols.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in Apex, particularly in Triggers, Batch Apex, and Dynamic Apex.
  • Showcase your experience in integration and web services, including SOAP/REST and API callouts.
  • Work with Salesforce Lightning, including hands-on development of Lightning applications and components.
  • Manage asynchronous operations while ensuring rigorous unit testing and Test Class development.
  • Implement best practices in coding, including bulkification techniques to adhere to Salesforce governor limits.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise to enhance their skills.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce CRM, specifically within Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing Salesforce projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a collaborative mindset.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
