Job Overview

Join our dedicated and collaborative team as a Licensed Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in a remote or hybrid capacity. You will have the unique opportunity to rapidly grow your client base, working with a diverse range of insurance-based and private pay clients.

About Us

Our organization provides exceptional individual and group therapy services in the picturesque setting of San Diego, California. We focus on supporting clients aged 14 and older and are currently seeking licensed therapists in California. We also welcome Associate Clinicians who have completed at least 1,500 hours of clinical experience and are prepared to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients weekly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commit to a minimum of 27 clinical hours (25 for Associates) per week.
  • Deliver clinical services to patients in accordance with their scheduled appointments.
  • Complete necessary documentation within 48 hours post-session.
  • Maintain punctual and reliable attendance, ensuring timely arrival for client sessions.
  • Adhere to licensing requirements and ethical standards at all times.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and CEU training sessions.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with a patient's treatment team.
  • Produce accurate and timely written records for all patients.
  • Work independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills while being a proactive team player.

Required Skills

  • Current and active California license (or registered Associate with 1500+ hours).

Qualifications

  • Open to both part-time and full-time therapist roles, with all client referrals provided by the organization.
  • Full-time positions entail a commitment of 27+ client hours per week (typically translating to 29-30 scheduled clients) and eligibility for health insurance benefits.
  • Part-time roles require a minimum of 15 client hours weekly (approximately 17-19 clients).
