Join our esteemed practice as a licensed Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC), where your expertise will be valued in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our practice is situated in the picturesque city of San Diego, California, and we primarily focus on individual and group therapy, catering to clients aged 14 and above.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical services to clients as per the scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain a commitment to a minimum of 27 clinical hours weekly (25 for Associate Clinicians).
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation within a 48-hour window.
  • Engage proactively in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to group consultations.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant treatment teams, including primary care physicians and other stakeholders.
  • Uphold all licensing regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Required Skills

  • Active California therapist license (or registered Associate with 1500+ hours).
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management and critical thinking.

Qualifications

  • Positions are available for both part-time and full-time therapists, with client referrals provided.
  • Full-time roles require a commitment of 27+ clinical hours per week, while part-time roles require 15+ hours.
