  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide timely reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Apply statistical methods to solve business problems and provide predictive analytics where necessary.
  • Analyze and document system requirements, workflows, and processes for technical improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, data engineering, and business teams to ensure accurate data integration and flow across platforms.
  • Assist with the design, development, and implementation of data ingestion, transformation, and ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity and optimize the performance of data pipelines.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance of data solutions to ensure they meet business needs and technical specifications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and technical issues as they arise, ensuring prompt resolution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
    • Experience working as a technical analyst or in a technical role is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in SQL and querying relational databases.
    • Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and database management.
    • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
    • Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
    • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Knowledge of AIOps tools for automation, monitoring, and optimization of data pipelines is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for detailed analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Certifications in data analytics, cloud platforms, or relevant technical domains.
