In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a program while managing a dedicated team of engineers tasked with the delivery of advanced Torpedo Guidance and Control systems for the United States Navy. Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers in the successful development and delivery of advanced systems for the Department of Defense.
Oversee and ensure program technical performance in alignment with cost, scope, and schedule, guaranteeing the integration, testing, and verification of project requirements.
Manage the resolution of technical issues, effectively communicating solutions and ensuring implementation.
Develop and maintain engineering plans, identified risks, and opportunities while adhering to established program standards and practices.
Conduct monthly engineering status reviews, providing critical insights and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Foster a motivating environment for the engineering team by clarifying project objectives and offering constructive performance feedback.

Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire.
