The Director, HR Business Partner will execute and deliver on the organization’s Human Resources strategies to best support the business strategy and key priorities to ensure a positive associate experience to drive business results. Anticipating trends and bringing a strong understanding of the business and associate objectives by fostering collaborative, trusting relationships is critical at every level of the organization. This position is responsible for collaboration with HR functional centers of excellence to execute and deliver on develop and deliver integrated, and inclusive, and compliant HR services and programs.
Coach and develop organizational talent in partnership with leaders and business stakeholders through talent assessment and selection, onboarding & offboarding experiences, training, development, and delivering appropriate performance management to advance the skills and capabilities our associates.
Provide support to business leaders on matters of associate relations, associate advocacy, conflict resolution, performance management, change management and HR Compliance to protect the company from liability and ensure the best opportunity for a positive associate experience.
Ensure training and development opportunities are being offered at all levels, communicate and coach career paths and opportunities, support the business units with organizational design, succession planning, regular performance feedback.
Act as a key partner to the business and stakeholders through regular 1:1 & staff meetings communicate new policies, and/or procedures, and programs/initiatives that impact associates.
Review HR Dashboards on an ongoing basis in partnership with leaders to identify issues and trends and develop solutions to improve KPIs. Monitor data on key business priorities to proactively ensure alignment with HR and Company goals.
Execute associate engagement and listening strategies to improve associate experience, elevate the customer experience, drive sales and execution, culture initiatives in assigned business units to deliver on the Associate Value Proposition, employee engagement and retention, and reduce turnover.
Ensure transparent and two-way communication is in place on HR program feedback, improvement opportunities, business impact, and related information to the Chief People Officer and HR Centers of Excellence.
Lead and implement Human Resources strategies for assigned business units focused around organizational development, employee relations, engagement, associate value proposition, talent management, talent assessment, talent acquisition, career development and training to advance strategic goals of the business.

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $140,495 - $201,895 annually, although wages can very based on experience and geography.
