Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and instructional approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of students.
• Deliver instruction and support across core subjects alongside specialized areas specified within students’ IEPs.
• Monitor student progress and assess learning outcomes, adapting instructional materials and methods as required.
• Maintain regular communication with students, families, and educational staff to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Engage in virtual team meetings, participate in professional development opportunities, and collaborate with fellow educators to refine instructional techniques.
