Role Overview

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with clients to provide tailored therapy sessions, implement evidence-based interventions, and foster a positive impact on the community. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating ongoing treatment and support for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions, customized to meet client needs
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies to achieve effective treatment outcomes
  • Engage in continuous training, consultation, and supervision to refine clinical skills
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver case management services and coordinate referrals as necessary
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Address client crises and adhere to safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within 48 hours of each session
  • Participate in mentorship initiatives, gaining access to additional training and supervision opportunities

  • Proficient in conducting diverse therapy sessions
  • Knowledgeable in implementing evidence-based treatment methods
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage clients
  • Capable of formulating personalized treatment plans
  • Competent in maintaining accurate and timely client documentation

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or a related field
  • Actively licensed or eligible for clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
  • Pre-licensed candidates should have completed a Master's degree or be within three months of completion
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a professional counseling setting is preferred
