Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a talented team of DevOps engineers, driving the design and optimization of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, while upholding best practices in automation and security.
• Design and oversee high-performance cloud infrastructure, ensuring both scalability and availability across multiple platforms.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes, working in close collaboration with development teams to automate the deployment of cutting-edge applications.
• Establish and integrate comprehensive security practices to safeguard sensitive healthcare data and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Automate repetitive tasks within our cloud infrastructure and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement among team members.
• Monitor cloud performance and execute capacity planning to accommodate the increasing demands of data and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives, acting as an essential link between technology and healthcare stakeholders.
• Implement monitoring tools and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring swift incident response and resolution.

• Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure and implementing DevOps practices.
